You could always add a little insulation to the inside panels of your existing case though.
Another idea (it´s what I did to my BP6... but beware, it´s ugly
: I took a synthetic sponge and cut off four pieces for each fan and fixed them between heatsinks and fans with heat resistant glue. Advantages: The sponge probably transfers less vibration without any screws. And the sponge is aging slower than rubber. And the sponge was available when the idea came to my mind one night...
