whats an ES 366 ? (don't mind my ignorance i don't know much about cpu's)

then yeah they'll work together

you'll have to clock them both at 333

to my understanding thats the only way to get 2 different speeds to work together is by clocking them both at the speed of the slower CPU

let us know how it goes (BTW watch votages and temps and report back)

ES == Engineering Sample. As Schrank21 says, free mulitplier. Or as Intel says, multiplier unlocked.

My friend is a DirectX master, and he's just won a lucrative contract with Intel.

They've given him a 3.06GHz P4 engineering sample and a brand spanking new motherboard to put it in.
