Squeezing Capicators

I was just tinkering around with a dead board, so what else than to pull goodies off a board thats dead?

I yanked and pulled off a moderately large cap off a tyan motherboard and accidentally squeezed the living daylights out of it, and this yellow/brownish/tang colored liquid emerged from both ends,......

What the hell is this???
