how do I configure Motherboard Monitor 5 for the BP6? I´d rather have CPu temperatures around -48° C, like MBM5 claims, but I seriously doubt that it´s true
BP6FSB seems to work- it says ~54° C for the CPUs. (But 127,5 °C for the system- mhhhh... it´s hot in here- but _that_ hot?!?)
Thanks! I have MBM 5.1.9.1 installed and first it did not show the sensor types you mentioned but "LM 75" and "LM 78" types. Now it changed to "Winbond", but _I_ didn´t change anything in the settings.
The sensors seem to work now, but the alarm function does not. I can´t even check the checkbox that should enable shutdown on high temps. Aside from that, I occasionally get alarms from the cpu sensors that say about anything from "128" to "-127"°C.
Obviously this software still needs some work. The alarm function was the only reason form me to give it a try, since BP6FSB only offers a CPU speed downstep function.
It sounds as if somthing still is not setup propperly.
As for the shutting down when alarm sounds, you need an extra pice of software altho I cant remember its name at the moment, but I will post it as soon as I remember.
