I haven't used Win2003 for game serving yet, but Win2003 is very good at resource management. If you have some good hardware, yes, I would use Win2003.

It will be hard for the P200MMX to handle the load of Win2003, and 512megs of RAM would be preferable.

You’ll get much better results with the BP6, but it wouldn't hurt to try with your temp server.
