The multiplier depends on the chips you've already got. Take the rated MHz and divide by 66. should give you a whole or half digit multiplier, eg mine are 433's 433/66= 6.5 multiplier.
Make sure you set this right and also disable the speed check alarm.
As far as voltage is concerned, as low as possible is best though you might have to raise it in order to get the chips running overclocked. You might be able to drop the voltages after you've had them running high for a while
As for the Gorbs, I've no idea, think they're an old line now so you're most likely to find them on ebay or something
