Shutdown no power off

IIn the BIOS, you need to enable ACPI and "PM Controlled by APM"

You definately need to do as InactiveX says for it to work with Win2k.

As for linux though, I've never been able to get it to auto power down & even posted a thread in the linux forum

I think the answer was that unless you're up for some messing with the kernal you probably won't be able to sort it
