Help !!! Winxp Locks Up on Bootup
is the hard drive or either the dvd or cdrw hooked up to the hpt ports. if so do they appear in the hpt's bios. general consensus and mood is to avoid the hpt controller unless you need to though random people have gotten it to work happily. if its not necessary i would just keep it disabled with no drivers for it either. tends to cause the fewest problems that way. anyways let us know how the progress is on this
