BP6 Will not turn anything on

Friends:
Aquired a used BP6 installed in case I had, Power supply good {Tried 2 different ones}Hooked up all wires press the power button and nothing!
No fans, beeps or lights.
Have built a few computers before all Abit boards.
Had the same problem with this case with a BM6, It would turn on fans but no video , and yes I tried the remove everything and go up from there trick.
Then purchased a Abit VH6 board and put it together it started up booted really nice let it run for about an hour came back and it was off and would not boot or even turn on the fans.
I have tested the power switch at the plug to board end and have continunity. HELP!

Friends:
Went to a different case with power supple and all is good.
Now if I can just get it to stop locking up after an hour or so.

Check the motherboard capacitors.
